Someday I'll get to these events - but in the meantime, I have some photos, information and links about the Panama Jazz Festival and Carnaval de Panamá at my Panamá Tourism page.The Jazz Festival just gets better each year! And this year's Carnaval had an incredible line-up of musicians over 5 days, on 3 stages. Add a cow pasture and sleeping bags, and you've got a salsa/reggaeton/tipico Woodstock! 2008 should be even better.
